Didn't have as a child, but thanks to God today as an adult, I'm a proud holder of 5 birthday certificates.
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it.

If they make the birth certificate free of charge and compulsory for nursery and primary school registration, more than 90% of Nigerian children will have by 2030.

Birth registration is a absolutely free for children less than 18 years.
For adults it will cost you 12 dollars.
