Bruce, also speaking said "This is the best mall I have seen in Africa and we would love to move before December". He further added that he is excited to be in Ebonyi, actually, this is his first time. He thanked the governor for championing such an unprecedented trend of development in the State. He added that he would not be afraid to drive his Car around the state because the roads are well constructed, thick and concreted.
