it's not over, the nullity is just to take side with the Governor to save the embarrassment, expect more trouble in Ekiti especially with the way the party and presidency showed their hand in the last edo elections. They don't have the power. Most of these parties don't know their own constitution. If such power existed by the national headquarters on issue of suspension, oshomole wouldn't have lost his seat. As a chairman then, he could have over rule his ward chairman but he was booted out by court. If state suspent anyone, the national headquarters can't over rule the state.
