Jeremiah 6:14; they have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying peace, peace, when there is no peace.
In recent times, many people live a deceitful lifestyle such that they want to portray an attractive life of sin while they are inwardly sick. Definitely, Satan will deceive many people into accepting that this life is all about the accumulation of prosperity and that it thrives in the abundance of worldly materials. This is called the self-deceit. This message is a guide to seeing that such a lifestyle is not biblical and that it is dangerous because it has a terrible end. I have identified five types of deceitful lifestyles that people live. I will further break them down.
1 .James 3:15 this wisdom descends not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
Living a lifestyle that seeks false wisdom: This is what I categorize as a fool’s paradise. People in this group are those who cheat others and trample on their rights thinking they are smarter. The truth is that the end of such a lifestyle is in grief and it brings terrible consequences. Real wisdom is the one that comes from God directly and it rewards long life and prosperity. James 3;17
2. Jer 6:14... saying peace, peace when there is no peace.
A life that seeks false prophecy: People living in this paradise are those who seek sweet messages that will make them feel like there is no problem for them. For people in this group, the false prophecy is a consolation for their evil doings.

3. 1 Timothy 5:6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.
A lifestyle that seeks worldly possessions: These are people that seek big cars, money, cloths, and other materials. These people would want to get them at all costs even if it will deny the peace of other brethren. This lifestyle does not go beyond the temporal fame that accompanies it. With it, you can still run into the devil’s trap and find it extremely difficult to come out. So, they do not save your life.
Titus 2:11 -12 ..Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts,we should live soberly ,righteously, and godly, in this present world.
4. Proverb 20:1 Wine is a mocker ,strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.
A lifestyle that runs after alcohol and hard drugs: For some people, drink and drugging is the solution for them to relieve grief. This is complete deceit from Satan and no quantity of drug can replace it. This message implores you to accept Jesus today and seek his wisdom which will help you out of your present troubles.
5. Ecclesiastes 5:10 He that loves silver shall not be satisfied with silver, nor he that loves abundance with increase, this is also vanlo
A lifestyle that seeks power, riches and fame: Lastly, this category of deceitful paradise describes those who run after fame and powers which they can never be satisfied with. The universal truth is that, the more we amass wealth, the more insatiable we become. It is pitiable to end up our lives chasing ideal riches and properties that we will never get enough.
On the final note, it is expected of us to come back to the reality that the only real solution to our worldly tribulations is only through Jesus Christ. Genuine wisdom is from God. And it is only through him that we can have perfect peace and inherit eternal satisfaction. Thanks! God bless.
