When a southern president was there why didn't he approve the one that will favour the south? The South gets opportunities and misuse it just like what is happening in the NDDC, only to wake up to whip ethnic sentiments against the north when the north brazenly implements it's plans to the fullest. The best thing anyone can achieve for his/herself in today's world is to be a brand and global citizen, then you'll realise that all the wailing invested on ethnic sentiments is just total rubbish.
