This sim just stopped sending messages and I've tried all i can i even messaged them but no response,this is causing serious problem but I can't change the sim bcus i can't experience more than this

Go to settings and check the SMS Center Number. It's usually in this format 2348020000009 for airtel

There's airtime,my moms own also did thst for a while but continued sending messages later

Use your other sim to send message now. Abi, everyone uses two or more lines now. If one no do, the other go do.

Sorry for the late reply....
You can go to messages.
Click settings.
Then click SMS center .
Pick the offending SIM if it's a dual SIM phone.
Check if the SMS center number is there.
For airtel NG, it's 2348020000009

Should be a network issue or check the message center number.
