I do not know what the institutions of the state is being turned into: how can the police be used to make such arrests when insecurity is almost sweeping our states. Herdsmen are having a field day in Enugu but hell no! Police won't get them arrested, they are only used for as much useless arrests as the one in question. What is our society turning into? |
