Let's Discuss : A man who can't take care of his dog , do you think he can take proper care of his children?

My uncle is a Dog lover he has 4 dogs, we were inside the Car going home i told him about 

my friends Neighbour who has one Dog and he hardly feeds it and now the dog is sick,

it can't even walk , if you ask him about the Dog is response is always annoying.

    My uncle was very angry, he said if the man knows he can't take care of a dog he shouldn't 

have bought it, he went further to say that " A good man takes care of his animal, only the wicked 

are cruel to theirs , and if he can't take care of a dog how can he care for his children ".
