Job Title: Business Development Team Lead

Location: Lagos

JOB PURPOSE Plan and implement strategies to sell new Records Management Outsourcing Agreements and support the implementation to achieve revenue, profit and client satisfaction plans.
The preferred candidate must have a good understanding of Lagos state’s business terrain and be resident in Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Plan and implement strategies to sell new Records Management Outsourcing Agreements and support the implementation to achieve revenue, profit and client satisfaction
• Achieve Company’s assigned revenue and gross profit budget on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Identify business opportunities and prospects and evaluate their position through research and analysis of sales options
• Drive active selling of all service lines by establishing relevant contacts and developing relationships with prospects
• Maintain relationship with existing clients by providing requisite support and information
• Identify product/service improvements or new products/services by keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities, and carrying out competitor analysis
• Prepare reports (as required by management) by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
• Develop and maintain database of prospects and clients on behalf of the Company
• Maintain positive relationships with operations, administration and other resource partnering departments.

EDUCATION
• Minimum of Second Class Lower or its equivalent in any discipline
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE
• At least 5 years’ relevant sales experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing, preferably Insurance, with demonstrable sales performance, Experience in corporate sales is a plus.
