Why are they afraid of dividing?? Dividing a system that doesn't work for each party is not a new thing.. We have seen countries that have divided and today they are doing better.

Osibanjo started to divide Nigeria when he told his Yoruba to vote for PMB so that north shall support a Yoruba to succeed PMB.

Osibanjo thus threw zoning of the presidency between north and south away from the window.

Zoning made Yoruba Obasanjo to become President of Nigeria in 1999.

"...Committed to the indivisibility of Nigeria..."

Also known as, commitment to the looting of Nigeria's resources under the leadership of the Hausa-Fulani, whilst suppressing everyone else that have anything meaningful to offer.

When they want to confuse people, they use things like this, then people keep quiet, while they continue killing people and taking their lands, do you think, it will not reach you eventually, or you are just among the people that spread propaganda

Do you think that the SGF is confused or just telling the usual changing lies and propaganda of the Association of Past/Present Criminals, APC

Racoon:
SGF: There’re obvious cracks… Nigeria may break up

Boss Mustapha, secretary to the government of the federation (SGF), has warned that Nigeria risks breaking up if its current challenges are not addressed.

The SGF gave the warning while speaking at an interdenominational church service to commemorate Nigeria’s 60th independence anniversary in Abuja, on Sunday.

Mustapha, who represented Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo at the event, likened the nation’s challenges to the biblical story of Nehemiah who prayed to God when he faced some challenges in trying to return to Jerusalem.

He said Nigeria currently has cracks in its walls which he said “signifies the essence of the state of the nation”.

“The story should be a challenge to every Christian in Nigeria. It’s only that kind of Nehemiah’s love that will make us, as Nigerians, to rebuild the cracks we have in our walls today,” he said.

“For us in Nigeria, Nehemiah should be taken as a metaphor for those Nigerians who either reside in Nigeria or outside, to cry to God to use the abandoned opportunities in Nigeria to address our challenges of nation building.

“Fortunately for us, our walls are not yet broken but there are obvious cracks that could lead to a break if not properly addressed.

“Nehemiah started with fervent prayers, seeking the face of God and pleaded with his king to allow him return to Jerusalem to rebuild the broken walls because wall signifies peace, security, contentment and prosperity.”

you just contradicted your proposition, Igbo's want presidency, Yoruba too wants it, indirectly the north wants to grab the power too, what if Igbo wins and their agitation stops, do you think other tribes will also stop their agitation. Nepotism is a critical situation in this present government but other factors that comes with hatred for one Nigeria surpasses it.

North should enjoy now because others have won't mercy when they take power too

Although this may sound logical, it is not true

Nigeria is an annoying contraption that no one should be proud of.

I know that most Nigerians are hypocrites, but it's high time we admitted the truth for once

Nigeria is in a disgraceful state.

Where is Osinbajor?
Why cant Nigerians call the VP and his boss to address their citizens that gave them the mandate and not the SGF or Mustapah who was not voted by the people?
If governance means given a person or group of people the mandate to make policies and implement them on your behalf it implies that those your the mandate are accountable to you and not their appointees.
So I ask why are Nigerians always celebrating when mere appointees such as SGF/ Presidency / Mustapha say something?

Untill a black man start asking relevant questions and implementing what the read form books I will never see them to be intelligent neither will their lives improve no matter how many years we fast and pray.

The north especially the NW n NE knows very well that if this country breaks they will suffer untold hardship due to landlockness n limited resources both human and natural thus they doesn't want to hear anything break up,they may pretend about it openly but admits it secretly, but yet instead of working towards true unity n peace they think they can continue to dominate everyone in this country forever, Atiku just showed his true n patriotic nationalist personality in his independence message but I'm sure most northerners will not agree with him even though Atiku is 100% right in his message, but let me prophesied that it shall be the mistake n folly of the north that shall lead to the eventual break up of Nigeria.
