There a difference between wealthy in raw materials and wealthy with ideas.
Surely, Africa is the wealthiest in raw materials and natural resources, but extremely poor in ideas and ideals. This explains why we are one of the largest oil producers in the world, but import refined petroleum products from countries that do not have a drop of oil in their soils . It is the same poverty of ideas and mental laziness that has left every single enterprise, every single structure of governance in Nigeria in absolute shambles.
