Quick restructuring of Nigeria for true federalism only comes by occupying the National Assembly (NASS) through a peaceful protest for 1 to 3 months.
Waiting for 2023 presidential election manifestos/promises is a gamble.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
I won't ask PMB to do what I didn't ask OBJ or GEJ to do.
Most elites telling Buhari to reduce his powers can't tolerate
such in their present positions.

Same leaders will hijack the restructured regions and expect enough refugees from the north.

Once politicians want to manipulate u they will give u one meaningless word to be chanting while loot. Restructure ko reatabilize ni

There is nothing wrong with nigerias structure. What will need rather is re orientation and change of mindset. Not just leaders, everybody. Everybody is greedy, selfish and wicked in nigeria. That's the problem

Yeah, restructuring is more realistic than secession.

We understand that corruption, nepotism, insecurity, poverty, unemployment and lawlessness won't disappear under any arrangement.
Only visionary leaders and strong institutions can solve that.
However, it is good to give states more powers to solve personal challenges.

how many states are economically viable Not up to 10. Before they begin to build IGR and attract development 4 to 5 years go pass. They may have died of hunger before then

Restructuring should be a gradual process with a timeline (5 to 10 years).
This will prepare the minds of state leaders and followers to look inwards.
Just like what is practiced in United States of America (poor states still exist there).
Just like slow replacement of petrol vehicles with electric vehicles.
Just like slow replacement of kerosene stoves with gas cookers.

Restructuring will make state governors more accountable instead of blaming president for everything.

OP is on point. Our National Assembly Members are the true failed leaders not Buhari or APC. They're always mute to national issues, nepotism in appointments, SARS, corruption and the rest. In 2023 elections, our first goal should be to put true representatives of the people in that House. From there we can fight for Restructuring, Secession, et al. Till then... May God save us.
NIGERIA WILL BE GREAT AGAIN. GOD BLESS US.

It is better to be divided than to be divided than to sit on the fence, igbos are neither affirming nor denying, their leaders are under Buhari's table begging for crumbs

Divided opinions can't yield expected result.

Your opinion about igbo leaders is not verifiable.

If not for exposure of corruption in NDDC, the Niger deltans will still be blaming Buhari for marginalisation.

If Tinubu truly wanted Restructuring, he would have lobbied his friends: Hon Speaker Gbajabiamila and Senate President Lawan, and some southwest lawmakers to sponsor the bill on restructuring.

If southwest truly wants Oduduwa Republic, then the people should camp at Tinubu, Osinbajo, Osoba, Akande & Gbajabiamila's houses.

However, elected government officials swore to an oath to defend Nigeria's unity.

We all know that Ojukwu's Biafra is more economical than present day SouthEast Biafra. A landlocked Biafra of today will struggle to succeed compared to previous one which included SouthSouth.

Some of the prominent Igbo leaders have huge investments outside SouthEast, so difficult to support Biafra agenda.

Ask the states what they do with 13%derivation + security votes running into billions every single month? That's minus their normal allocation

at least let plans be put in place to start preparation for restructuring.Would you rather we remain like this year in year out complaining about a center that cannot function becos the country refuse to restrategize on how she should be run efficiently ? Would you rather remain like this ?

Let the hash tag begin on twitter ,Facebook & instagram .Let our weak & coward youth try this time to occupy our National Assembly physically and not do it online .I am ready for this if it's going to be held .If we want a better Nigeria then we must all make sacrifices by living our comfort zone to clamour this change .
