Contact a relevant online publishing firm. They are many in Nigeria. It's expensive though.

it depends on the quality of your article.
As somebody said, search the internet for pharmaceutical journals. You may refine it, if you like to "pharmaceutical journals in Nigeria".
Do not be scared of the APC (Article Processing Charges) till you have been told how much it is!
If your article is of a very high quality, then consider foreign journal, it may even be free.

Use turnitin to ensure u didn't commit any form plagiarism or academic fraud. When u are sure it is plagiarism free then search for Journal in your area and send it to them.
