Please each time I try to install eclipse ide on my system, it ceases on getting here(green area on the image) I'm confused.

Are you connected to the internet? If you are, then the issue is from their sever as stated at the top. Simple solution is to download other IDEs, there's Intelliji IDEA, Netbeans etc. Good luck |
