Well I think ikorodu is massive for business with population and considering the future plan of 4th mainland bridge..

I have lands for sale within estates at imota Ikorodu, Maya Ikorodu, isheri north GRA, Simawa, Mowe Ofada and Sagamu axis.

But I must tell you that Imota Ikorodu is very strategic.
Ikorodu has the population, it's a fast growing city.
Do you know Lagos state government is building a rice mill at Imota?
Caleb university is also at Imota.
There are plans to connect Ikorodu to the island through the 4th mainland bridge.

We have lands within estates at Imota Ikorodu for as low as 1.5m.
