President Donald Trump announced that he will leave Walter Reed Medical Center, the military hospital where he has been treated for three days for symptoms of COVID-19 and will continue his recovery at the White House.

Trump has been hospitalized since Friday for COVID-19 treatment. His doctors had earlier said that he may be able to leave Walter Reed Medical Center as early as Monday.

In a tweet Trump said he leave Walter Reed Medical Center today on Monday at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time. In the same tweet, Trump said, “Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life.” He added, “ I feel better than I did 20 years ago!”
