What I suggest is that you try to go see a sleep specialist. You are more likely dealing with a sleep disorder there.
No spirits or demons !

I would have suggested you get to someone who knows how to cast devils out. But If youre born again . You have autnority over devils .You can address the sprit in a simple prayer like. " you evil spirit coming to me to cause sleep paralysis. I rebuke you in the name of jesus . I command you out. Deoart from me. I have sound sleep tonight. The bible declares . He gives his beloved sleep

Psalms 127:2
. . .for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

I declare I am free from every oppression. Angels are all over this place . As it is written. I have come to the company of angels .

Do this prayer the first night . And as someone suggest . Play a worship music . E.g benny hinn worship or Terry mcalmond its free on youtube

BRO, no body HOLY PASS O.... we are all sinners but sin differently, IN THE BIBLE.... DAVID WAS A CHRONIC WOMANIZER but he still had power with God and was still very close to GOD.... how? Simply because he always reports himself to God and obtains mercy whenever he PRAYS and WORSHIPS God.

See, the cure is to GROW SPIRITUALLY, just pray daily and read your bible daily and join a TRUE CHURCH.... and they will help you grow.

NOTE: Church is an Hospital, so there is NO totally perfect CHURCH... none. But the church must have balanced teaching that will help you grow in God and above attacks.

There are experiential knowledge and trainings to minister to God's people .

Provision is made for christians to manifest God but we all function at different level of grace and authority .

Doze Guys U See Healing D Sick, Raising D Dead, Casting Out Devils Etc. Didn't Just Wake One Morning & Start Doing So. Dey Paid A Price 4 It. If It Were Dat Easy Everyone Would Av Been Doing So.
