Popular human rights activists, Deji Adeyanju, has said that Singer, Naira Marley is a coward for calling off the End SARS Protest that was scheduled to take place on Wednesday.

DAILY POST had reported that Naira Marley on Tuesday morning canceled the protest after persuasion from Buhari government and the Nigeria Police.

His announcement came few hours after the Minister of Youths, Sunday Dare appealed to the singer not to protest, adding that the government is on the issue.

Reacting, Adeyanju in a tweet via his Twitter account on Tuesday said Naira Marley behaved like a coward.

He also said that Nigerians are not ready to break free from bad governance adding that a time will come when everyone will be forced to come out to protest within being forced to do so.

“Naira Marley, the coward cancels EndSARS Lagos protest.

“Not surprised at all. Only Nigerians can save themselves.

“Nigerians are not yet ready. When we are ready, we won’t need anyone to tell us to come out.

“It will happen suddenly, unannounced,” he said.

Naira Marley is just a musician whose primary concern is for lawless Police officers to stop harassing and killing Nigerian youths. He never told anyone he is Fela, Soyinka Fawehinmi, Che Guevera or saviour of Nigeria like empty barrels Adeyanju, Sowore etal claim to be.

Man just stepped forward bravely to address an issue impacting his direct zone as a Nigerian youth. The Police official spokesman granted him an interview that was at least educational.and the start of awareness about SARs lawlessness. Deji is just washed up and jealous ojare. Mr Deji is not getting it right if there should be any protest persons like Naira Marley don't have moral Justification to led such protest looking at his numerous court cases.
