Craig Cathcart believes Blackpool are capable of beating anybody and are going into Monday night's clash with Chelsea confident of producing an upset.

The Seasiders have performed above expectations this year, with two wins over Liverpool and a victory over Tottenham being particular highlights, and Cathcart sees Chelsea as another giant ready to be toppled.

The former Manchester United defender told Sky Sports: "Chelsea have lost a few games this season and I think we can produce a shock result.

"Chelsea will come here expecting to beat us and there will be no pressure on us.

"We have showed against the big teams this season that we can go toe-to-toe with them and get a result and hopefully we can do that again.

I hope we don't fumble.

next time, try and say chelsea conceded a first half goal from a controversial involvement of rooney who was not supposed to be in that game as a result of his elbow in the last game against wigan. that goal is also controversial because the payer was controversially involved in the game. rooney was illegible for the game. we all watch these games. whenever it is in favour of man u, analysts like the one above will go blind and deaf but whenever it is against man u, even the deaf and dumbs speak. these laws are for everybody not just for david luiz or a particular club.
if fergie was quiet over the elbow, why is he ranting over a minor issue? a penalty can either be soft or harsh but what makes the difference is the card or cards. smalling made a soft/illegal contact that disrupted the movement of zhirkov hence a penalty. because of the soft nature, no card was issued. it happened in chelsea game against fulham. nobody called that controversial so why is it controversial against man u?

Its the Torres Drogba line up again, . I can only hope it works this time cos i have serious doubts of them playing together,  . having 2 big strikers up front just dont work. . . .  If torres plays as the 2nd striker, he'll get the ball more and make things happen. Still think anelka is best at doing that. Hopefully, they'll prove wrong, .
