Police officers were pictured blocking the road this morning near Obule Secretariat,Sapele, Delta State. This is a disobedience to Inspector General of Police order. Which way Naija?

It's an addiction. They are not blocking the roads for nothing. If they don't block the roads, their pockets will be blocked from receiving their N50 palliatives.

The IGP ordered that SARS and other tactical units of the NPF should no longer engage in setting up road blocks, arrests or searches on civilians, that they must be deployed only for armed robbery and kidnapping cases..
