The lands are located at challenge in Ibadan. I just recently paid for the C of O. I don’t know if you’re familiar with Ibadan tho.
If you are not convinced with that, I also have a compound with two 3 bedroom flats as an extra collateral.
I plan to pay monthly depending on how much interest is involved.
