Hmm. People voice are voice of god.
Isaiah 55:6-7 KJV
Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord , and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. Christ is coming soon.

This is a right step, hopefully heading towards the right direction.

This reckless dpo need to face a no nonsense punitive action. If na me, na to drop demotion from him rank and to first and foremost, see if he is credible in many good criteria like logical, tac, leadership qualities, temperament, complaint trend, being able to assess situations, and aptitude test. That should determine his punishment. He definitely needs training like everyone of them, in terms of people skills.

Ekelebes needs to really work together, ekelebe/sars, efcc, mopol, etc. The fg need to provide them with car camera and body camera, then give them continuous physical training, relations training, and increase their social welfare and pay a little bit more. They need to have their uniforms washed for them if they choose, consistent pay and bonus, maintenance of stations, upgrading stations, etc.

Every ekelebe or other real outfit, need to be fingerprinted when they come in the system. That will help track hidden cases. And every person arrested should be fingerprinted.

Senate should also emphasize through law that it is illegal to assault an ekelebe trying to do their duty. It should be a two way respect.

Re: Police Commence Disciplinary Action Against DPO Who Punched EndSARS Protester by Cantonese: 7:35am On Oct 09, 2020
If he was not wearing the uniform of the police, would he have slapped his fellow man and walked away freely?

The uniform and gun became official tools of robbery in the hands of some evil people who paid their way to get into SARS and rob citizens of this country. Truthfully a lot of our policemen do not want anything to do with SARS.
Re: Police Commence Disciplinary Action Against DPO Who Punched EndSARS Protester by Grace001: 7:42am On Oct 09, 2020
What surprises me about this Sars thing is that, it’s same southerners officers in SARS that are killing or humiliating their fellow southerners

You hardly see a Northerner in a team of SARS here in southern part of Nigeria.

Obviously this is a system put in place to subdue youths in the south

Dude needs serious reprimand. He actually drew his weapon or pistol on the protestor. He actually chambered a round with a display of poor gun safety for others around him. Take his gun off him and give him a desk job. Why have they swept this serious aspect under the carpet?

I really hope he is dealt with. He was very reckless first in being the physical instigator and, next in being handling his instrument carelessly.

The pistol isn't foolish, rather the stuupid DPO is fooolish.

Obioma, someone that should otherwise have been a mobile tailor in Aba by default was made a DPO, one can only wonder at the atrocities the officers under him have been getting away with.
