Get a career mentor, he/she should be an HR practitioner, this will significantly improve your efforts. Listen and follow the seasoned advice you will receive.

Prepare a CV targeting an entry-level HR position, and focus on transferrable skills. Create a profile tailored to your need (entry-level HR position) on platforms like Jobberman and the rest.
