We are looking for a responsible FleetSupervisorto oversee the workflow at our facilities. Ensure proper documentation, report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles, stay up-to-date with safety regulations
The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively so as to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Receive complaints and resolve problems
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Monitor and report on transportation costs
Maintain and bring in new partners
Implement and monitor efficient car tracking solutions
Oversee conduct of trainings for drivers
Develop and implement risk management systems for fleet management
Keep organized records of vehicles, maintenance and completed repairs
Requirements

Minimum qualification OND in Management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving abilities
Minimum of 2-3 years experience
