A CCTV has captured the moment a lady with a PhD in pickpocketing stealing a mobile phone form another lady at a public place.

The skills portrayed by the thief to steal the phone from the unsuspecting woman has left tongues wagging.

The beautiful lady was caught on CCTV taking advantage of a crowded shopping market, to pickpocket a mother, who was struggling to walk through the busy market with her baby.

The cameras caught her skillfully dipping her hands in the woman’s back-pack and making away with her phone.
