Probably vultures scouting the lay of the land for strategic positioning when you Nigerians foolishly descend into war for absolutely no reason as some are pushing you people to do with all that talk of disintegration. Those are almost entirely Lebanese, Chinese and Indians engaged in illegal economic activities e.g. logging, mining, factories with zero HSE and so on

Ijebu Ode has lower taxes than Lagos. Most investors see it as a no-brainer to set up a factory or firm when Ogun and Lagos are in such close proximity but with significant tax disparity.
Also, they're quite hands on with their businesses.

Having worked in RCC years back.. that' time wey dem dey do ore-ajebamidele-Lagos road, most of Berger, rcc, ratco expatriates all live in ijebu ode.. so e fit be say na dem u dey see
