21ST Century Community for Youths and Women Initiative (CEYWI) is a humanitarian, not for profit, and non-governmental organization founded in 2012. Our target groups cuts across youths, women with special interest in political and economic empowerment for the betterment of the society.

Are you a corps (NYSC) member? Currently looking to gain some experience in this area? CEYWI is searching for a Communications and Social Media Officer in Abuja.

The Ideal candidate will be expected to have the following:

• A university degree in arts and humanities or Social Sciences or any related courses
• Should have experience managing social media pages and accounts.
• Should be a very good writer and speaker with good diction and communication skills.
• Should be able to write press releases, articles and send out newsletters.
• Should be able to take well composed, clear pictures or video should the need arise.
• Should have some knowledge of graphic design even if at most basic level using tools like CANVA
• Should be creative with content creation and be ready to create content regularly.
• Should have a consciousness and an eye for news relating to the thematic areas of the organization.
• Document visually activities of the organization, past, present and future activities.
• Should be able to understand the changing Social Media space and adjust accordingly.
