How ASUU Is Backing #endsars Protesters -ngige by Dangeneral: 2:07pm On Oct 16, 2020
Sen. Chris Ngige, the Minister of Labour and Employment, has accused the Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU) of fuelling the ongoing nationwide protest against police brutality in Nigeria.

During a reconciliation meeting between the Federal Government and ASUU, which ended in deadlock, Ngige said the youths who were supposed to be in schools are being recruited into #EndSARS protest due to the industrial action the union embarked upon.

His words: “For the past week, we have all been on our toes, we’ve been meeting, and we pray that this meeting will yield good fruits.
