Prisons and jails in the US are highly segregated.

You don't talk or friend or even fck someone outside your race.

Also, if someone from another race disses you, the shotcaller of your race goes over to the shotcaller of the offending race.

They then try to iron sh!t out by finding out who disrespected who. If you are in the wrong, your shotcaller will first propose he treats your fckup. If the other shot caller says No, then you and the other inmate will settle it the old way man to man in the yard.

Now you can be 5ft tall and weigh 70kg and your opponent is 6ft plus and weighs 200kg, you are still going to have to fight. While no one expects you to win, they will be looking at how you conduct yourself to see if you got any fight in you.

You punk out and either your shotcaller tells you to request PC (protective custody ) and leave the block because you are seen as a weakling among your race who won't fight and hold their back during a race war..

R.Kelly probably didn't check out and so the blacks allowed this guy to get him. And they will continue like this until he checks into PC.

I understand, but to prison inmates in the US, they are one and the same thing. All sex related offences are poorly tolerated. Meanwhile in many climes, sex with minors is considered rape with or without their consent. It is called statutory rape.
