This is a welcome development. PDP is shrinking in the southeast. From four governors, it has fallen to just two. And Abia state will certainly be taken from them in 2023. At least my governor in Imo state will now breathe more easily having company in Igboland.

Thanks for the explanation. So why are now pained that Umahi joined the APC? Which placenta did Ibos bury in the PDP that they are yet to unearth? Face your Biafra and allow matured Ibos involve themselves in mainstream politics that would move us forward. Are you people not tired of being errand boys in the PDP? A people who have continued to be bypassed since 1999 should seek alternatives elsewhere.
