You are factually right in that Tinubu hasn't held office in a while, however, you can't deny his godfatherism in Lagos.

I think people view Tinubu as the man behind the man that sits on the government sit in Lagos at any point in time. So they bypass Local Government, and the Governor and accuse "The Godfather"!
