The ATM gallery was poorly constructed. A good and well constructed ATM gallery can be destroyed, but a dime can't be accessed or taken because you can't even see the money. This shows how poorly equipped our policing system is, no teargas, no water cannon, no rubber bullet, no pepper spray.
