Frequently Urinate At Night, Which May Be Caused By Chronic Prostatitis by linlin998z(m): 9:41am On Oct 24, 2020
For men who are 30 to 60 years old, they should pay attention to their urination, especially at night. Frequent urination often occurs among them. If you wake up to urinate more than twice in the night and the case lasts more than a few days, then you do have frequent urination at night, which is officially called nocturia.

Experts explain that in this case, men over 50 years old are more likely to have prostatic hyperplasia, and men over 30 may have prostatitis. In general, the prostatitis male friends may suffer from is an acute type in the initial stage. If they don't pay attention to the treatment, the disease will become more serious, and finally develop into a chronic prostatitis, which is more tricky and can lead to more inconvenient problems.

Patients with chronic prostatitis will have to face a urinary tract infection with increased urinary frequency and urgency, and need to urinate a lot at night. They can also have pain and burning in the pelvic and genital areas, and some general torturous symptom, such as vomiting, fever, nausea and chills.

There are many causes that can invite prostatitis, most of which are associated with bad living habits. Things like frequent sexual intercourse, preference for stimulating food, long-term sitting, lack of exercise, long-time cycling, tobacco and alcohol addiction, poor body immunity and other bad habits can lead to prostatitis with varying degrees. If left untreated for too long, it will affect male sexual function, mental health and even fertility.

Experts point out that all of these harmful habits should be given up as soon as possible. Aside from self-regulation, medication is the main treatment for prostatitis. Furthermore, since prostatitis can relapse easily, patients should receive complete treatment and stick to taking the medicine. Herbal medicine Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is often recommended to patients with prostatitis, especially the chronic type. Clinical studies show that whether it is prostatic hyperplasia or nocturia caused by prostatitis, the pill can effectively improve these conditions.

Although many people are fed up with frequent urination at night, they are suggested to drink more water and urinate in time in their daily life. To improve the urogenital system, drinking water is beneficial and effective.

However, since the prostate gland and the bladder are adjacent to each other, and when people fall into sleep at night, the bladder will expand due to the increase in urine volume, and it will place pressure on the prostate gland unconsciously, thus leading to urgent urination and aggravation of prostatitis. So it is suggested that you can drink half cup of water at most an hour before bed, which can avert frequent and urgent urination at night and will help you to improve prostatitis.
