Here are his words on BBI; I have always stated that handshakes and BBI are both good ideas for this country. There might be another BBI report in the future. Is this report good for William Ruto? My honest answer is no. Ruto had intended that BBI report will contain a position for a powerful prime minister so that he can say that it's intending to make president Uhuru a prime minister in 2022.
