Many times, some professionals find themselves looking at and studying the way their peers are executing their career plans, so, they can copy them.

This is a bad idea.

Imagine if we all had the same character/behavior, there would be no variety. We would all be so predictable.

You must never tailor your career to look like that of your friend/colleague. They have their journey, you have yours. No two are the same.

Some people land lucrative jobs easily, others may be required to become self-employed. Everyone must chart their own course.
