Notice the moon and sun were "created" on the 4th day of creation in Gen 1:16?
If there was no moon or sun how was there day and night, evening and morning from day 1-3?

Psalms 115:16 states: The heaven, even the heavens are the Lords; the earth has he given the children of men.

There is space, and there are planets referred to as heavens. True science is not at variance with the Bible.

Amos 5:26 talks about Saturn (called Chiun in Hebrew)
Venus was also expressly mentioned along with Saturn in the old testament. Other planets were also referred to in the language and manner which the ancient Hebrew people could understand.


Even when scientists say the earth is millions of years they are correct as this is also shown in scripture. Only those who have studied the scripture will understand.

Genesis 1:2 says the earth was without form and void, and darkness covered the face of the deep (water)

But

Isaiah 46:18 tells us God didn't create the earth in vain (or void according to the original Greek word).

The passage was plain and it indicated the planets by names.

Diana the god that fell down from Jupiter. The god wasn't Jupiter But Diana.
