Politicians fighting back, instead using this opportunity to make things right, watch out Nigerian political zombies leaders will continue another set of looting and diversion of public funds. If all of you don't implement protesters demands very fast. Let those closed to the zoo government tell them.

Can you listen to this clueless leaders. They are mainly lamenting about the only channel they can generate funds to be looted again . Why can't they visit that old woman that was slap at surulere and apologize , why can't they focus on who called the NA to toll plaza. It was a peaceful protest not until you government brought hoodlums with BRT to alausa with weapon to harm unharmed protesters did you talk about that ? To crown it all armed soldiers went to toll plaza to shoot at peaceful protesters what do you expect ! To take to heels and run back home ? lol NEVER . Remember a toothless goat will turn back and face you when been chased and no where to run too again . Monster you made will surely hunt you . |

What played out in Lagos and other states were unfortunate but avoidable. Avoidable, if people understood the economic potentials of heritage sites that need to be guarded, e.g. the High Court of Lagos, the Court of Appeal (former Supreme Court), "NEPA" building, the Prisons (Correctional Centres) and the Oba's Palace. People will understand the value of heritage sites when they are not hungry and where they trust their leaders. Well, I hope that we will all come out of this wreckage and be better. Better as a people, better as leaders, better politically, better economically and better socially (good neighbourliness). |

The senators, who noted that the burden of rebuilding would be too much for Lagos alone, promised to get the support of the National Assembly and the Federal Government to assist the state in recovering. Wow! Why do yoruba want regionalism if you cant survive without the center? Is it true they said they need FG for recovery? This is very revealing. 1 Like |

tete7000: I saw the Picture of Professor Ajayi Boroffice in this topic. I just came back from Lekki . I visited Berger and Oyingbo to see those BRT busses that were burnt. Indirectly, I could see some people so excited that legacies in Lagos were destroyed. There is a need for an emergency meeting of strategic traditional rulers in Yoruba land. Gani Adams is of no use and importance to the Yoruba race. He presided over illiterates, touts and hoodlums who have become burden to Yoruba race. Various groups in Yoruba land need to sit down and review the way forward. 1 Like |

And who caused it? The government for not checking and also reforming the police and 2ndly bad governance. These and more lead to the mix of what happened. Let our so called leaders hear and change so they can bring change. |

What's all the cry about Lagos property? Is Lagos the only state that witnessed destruction of properties? And some clowns are talking about youths taking over in 2023? Such cannot happen until we grow over tribal nonsense. Better still, Endnigeria to save us from baseless accusations and suspicion. |

NSK4U: As I have said severally, after the destruction of Lagos, there are now skirmishes of destruction in some places to give it a general look. We are not deceived. The skirmishes of destruction started immediately some groups in the North raised suspicion about destruction in Lagos supported by some of us in Yoruba land. The president of your region ethnic organization debunked this insinuation. It was after that statement that few miscreants were allowed to cause minor violents. We are not deceived. |
