Hollar Online Limited is a celebrity shout out platform.

Full time customer service representative to handle the following:

1. Keep records of customer interactions, Celebrity interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

3. Manage and receive incoming and out bound calls

4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information customer related information by using the right methods/tools.


5. Handle customer complaints, enquiries, recalls, warranties etc. Also provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. This can be done via telephone, email or via any online platform .

Requirements

A university degree in any discipline.

Good communication skills

At least 1 year experience in customer service/ call centre operations.

Below 30 years old.

Must be female.
