I agree with her that there's perhaps no excuse to become a hoodlum. However, her submissions on getting the National orientation agency to work are utopian... NOA cannot undo the work parents failed to do and NOA is not a drug rehab centre. Secondly, she was comparing crime rate in UK to crime rate in Nigeria. UK has an unemployment rate that isn't up to 5 percent and Nigeria has an unemployment rate of close to 27 percent...it isn't rocket science as to why one country would have more violence than the other.
