I think there is still a long way to go. Klopp didn't immediately start winning all the games and titles when he came to Liverpool but there were a lot of positive signs as we have seen under Arteta. I hope he can clear up some of the deadwood from the squad and sign the players that he wants (atleast a few of them if not all) so that they can move forward in this process of playing at the highest level which we are capable of and should be doing in the future.

You’re right my brother, i think presently, it has become a fashion to appoint recently retired players as coaches seeing the success of Pep Guardiola and Zinedine Zidane.

I searched a list of the best players turned managers. And I researched the managerial career of each one of them. No one and I mean no one, became a manager of a team without atleast being an assisstant coach of the same club. Most of them had experience in the bottom leagues or some experience on the senior level. No one just walked into the manager role of a club like Arsenal in a way Arteta is doing .
