A lady reported to be a police officer lost her life while trying to use the elevator of the Toscana Hotel located opposite the Police Headquarters in Asaba, Delta State.

According to reports gathered from multiple sources, the tragic incident happened on Sunday and the CCTV captured the tragic moment that the lady walked directly into her death.

From the CCTV footage of the incident that was made available to Focus Naija, the policewoman could be seen walking into the faulty elevator while the lifter was yet to come up.

Until her death, she was reported to be a lab attendant at B division in Asaba.

That lady just walked to her death. She probably had a lot on her mind and walked in without realizing it.
