It depends on what the matter is toxic to. I know Nigeria has no nuclear facilities so that eliminates the thought of uranium or plutonium. Is the consignment rusted metal? Is it plastic? Any other thing but radioactive and flammable materials don’t call for alarm. Now, constituting a hazard in the form of road accidents; that is something we should worry about. |
