Try to keep things balanced. I used to have an eating disorder, wanted to get abs - so i starved myself for weeks and almost got ulcer.

Would eat heavy once and deprive myself of food the rest of the day.

I have a very irregular feeding pattern. Some days I want to eat till I can't stand up. Hehe . Other days, I can't stand the smell of food.
I love junks and sometimes my desire for non-food items (pica) kicks in strongly.

I doubt it would go away. Been that way from childhood. Some days, 3ce(rarely), mostly 2ce.

This is alright. So far you don't feel affected by it physically.
