This starts to deplete on its own as you're sending in more current than the battery can take...if your battery is a 65wh battery, adding more current to it could cause that as the battery only needs 65watts of current

- the internal battery component had been drained

- the battery is totally bad

- the ACPI is not recognized by the laptop

- you had an update or change of windows and the battery drivers were missing

- the battery IC is bad

These could be the reasons...then


The double cell Dell Latitude e6410 battery goes for 11k, Sir.

That's more of a technical work, Sir. The casing would have to be opened and the board checked with a multimeter.
