Restaurant Manager

Job Description
• Effectively manage a team of chefs, sales associates, cashiers  and waiters
• Work with management to ensure all staff clearly understand their job roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• Ensure that  inventory records are kept accurately
• Efficiently track and purchase inventory in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of every shift

Requirements:
• HND or equivalent
• At least one year restaurant experience is desired
• One-year supervisory experience
• Strong leadership abilities
• Well organized, with excellent customer service skills
• Should be between 28- 40 years old

Sales Associates and Cashiers

Job Description
• Collect payments for sales and hand out receipts
• Be in charge of the cash register
• This would include processing cash payments and balancing the register at the end of the shift

Requirements:
• Competent with a computerized register system and have good cash handling skills.
• Customer service focused
• Minimum of OND/NCE

Chefs
Requirements:
• Ability to cook continental and Nigerian Dishes
