'Thats my wife ' his neighbour replied.
Trying to salvage the embarrassing blunder, Bentine pressed on: 'I didnt mean the singer. i meant the song.'
'I wrote it' came the reply.

D public likes to c d famous falter- and they got value for their money from American Tv announcer Ben Graver.
After an orchestral concert, he told millions of viewers: 'U have bin listening to d New York Symphony Orchestra under d baton of Atosco Touranini, I beg your pardon, Otosco Tiscani, i mean Artuto Toscanni.'
Eventually he gave up and started again: Your announcer has bin Ben Graver, ladies and gentlemen. Remember the name. U may never hear it again.'


But delighted viewers phoned in their hundreds, demanding that he should not be fired. he wasn't

D parents of Anton Grellier were sorry dey eva cld him stupid. When he grew up n bcame a wealthy Belgian biznessman, Grellier sent dem generous cheques- wrongly made out so dey couldnt b cashd.
