This matter is a pre-election matter and will be thrown out eventually.

It is the one APC filed in July @ the FHC that should be of keen interest.

What northern clerics and cultural leaders had been telling northerners is that #EndSARS are out to overthrow buhari and not about police brutality. This is why most northerners when they comment on facebook, twitter, you see a discharge of idiocy.

I guess apc never learn a lesson. Edolites had spoken they said they want freedom from unecessary godfatherism can't you respect that?

Its not yet Iyamu moment let the trouble rest this is not time for political tension Nigeria as a nation is sitting on a timebomb from North down South, apc use your senses before it all turn to total showdown that might consume the nation. Be wise.

Obaseki did not forged certificate it was the issuer of the cerificate that made error of omition, he Obaseki attended the university and graduated so technically its never a forgery case its quiet different from a scenario where a carpenter come forward with Bsc Certificate or where someone bearing multiple names in different occassion or where someone manufactured NEPA bill as certificate, apc use your senses its not by force to rule Edo state.

. It is of interest that the INEC said it lacks power to disqualify a candidate Only the court can.I said this in the case of ANDP against Diri election. However ANDP coluded with PDP to KILL the case. As for the timing of this case I dont know the time it was instituted .

I don't know why you are still on this.

A faction wanted to kill the case but the Court threw away their appeal and fined them heavily, and continued with the actual case that collapsed.

ANDP didn't kill their case, they pursued it to a logical conclusion and lost the case.

Since, it was scuttled..why haven't they gone to the SC?

This particular case is at the tribunal.

INEC didn't disqualify ANDP...they disqualified themselves by sending in a defective candidate.

Infact, they had no candidate because they couldn't stand on one leg.

They were lawfully excluded.

INEC is right. The courts are delaying justice on this matter. They gave Diri victory because one confused deputy gubernatorial candidate was changing names like chameleon even though he has a sworn affidavit supporting the name change
shaibu don't have university result at all. He forged them

.It seems APC case at the tribunal is also about qualification of Obasek...The tribunal is saddled with resbonsiblity of looking into matters relating to an election before during and after the process is over.

APC didn't file a case at the tribunal.

They already had a pre-election case filed in July....that's the one they are going on with.
