The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has revealed that it can’t temporarily accept the Federal Government’s (FG) proposed Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS). Recall that some days ago, the FG asked ASUU to transit to the IPPIS pending when its University Transparency Accountability Solution (UTAS) would be ready for use.
