PENNSYLVANIA’s Presidential Election Result has been retracted after major ‘Election Fraud’ claims in the state by President Donald Trump. Real Clear Politics– a political outlet with a verified blue tick on Twitter has already retracted calling Pennsylvania for Mr Biden, meaning Mr Trump is now again in the running. Politicalite has amended our prediction following the news and court cases in Pensylvannia by Team Trump.

On Monday President Trump’s 2020 campaign filed a lawsuit in the state’s federal court intending to block the state from certifying ‘President-elect’ Joe Biden – meaning he no longer has the 279 electoral college votes which would hand him power from January 20th 2021.
The lawsuit was launched by the Trump 2020 campaign and two registered voters. They argue that Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting system “lacked all of the hallmarks of transparency and verifiability that were present for in-person voters.”

The lawsuit claims Pennsylvania officials violated the U.S. Constitution by creating “an illegal two-tiered voting system” where voting in-person was subject to more oversight than voting by mail.

It was filed against Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and the boards of elections in Democratic-leaning counties that include Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Bookcvar’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Trump campaign and Republicans have brought numerous lawsuits since Election Day over alleged election irregularities. Judges have already tossed cases in Georgia and Michigan.
Separately, some Republican state legislators in Pennsylvania on Monday said in a press release that they would “call for a legislative-led audit of the 2020 election and demand election results not be certified, nor electors be seated, until the audit is complete.”

In the United States, a candidate becomes president by securing the most “electoral” votes rather than winning a majority of the national popular vote. Electors generally cast their vote for the winner of the popular vote in their respective states. They are due to meet on December 14th.

Edward Foley, who specializes in election law at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University, said the Pennsylvania legislature couldn’t stop the certification of the vote without changing the law.

“To do that, they would have to attempt to amend the state statute and that is going to be vetoed” by Pennsylvania’s Democratic governor, said Foley..

The Pennsylvania case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, an appointee of former President Barack Obama.

Fox News that has sympathies for the Republican Party and Donald Trump, continues to project that Biden already has 290 electoral college votes. Meanwhile, CNN that has sympathies for the Democratic Party and Joe Biden are still projecting that Biden has 279 electoral college votes.

Now the popular vote gap is now over 5million in favour of Biden, also leading with 3%.

It is time for Trump ass lickers and religious fanatics to realise that election is not spiritual warfare. There is no ordained candidate. The electorate inclusive of all manner of people you consider as misfits, sinners, demons, Jezebels etc are the ones who will decide who will serve them as President.
