Hey NLs, today is Thursday and whatever that come with Thursday must be a throwback,so I will be uploading how to make a zobo drink. Zobo drink is a local, ancient and healthy drink.
Ingredient:
Zobo leaves
Ginger (peeled and greated)
Garlic (optional)
Pineapple flavor
Water
Cloves
Pineapple back (I forgot to add it in mine).
Procedure: pour the zobo leaves and put it in a clean pot,add the peeled ginger, garlic,cloves and water, including the pineapple back.
Step2:pour water into the pot and allow the zobo leaves to boil on a low heat.
Step3:sieve the chaff away from the zobo.
Step4:sieve it again, so that the zobo drink will be free from chaff.
Step5:add the pineapple flavor into the zobo and mix it together.
Step6: allow the zobo to cool down and put it in the refrigerator. The Zobo Is ready
